We offer a range of raw chocolate made in a traditional way. Unlike most products on the market, our chocolate is healthy: it contains no refined sugars, dairy products or chemical additives. You are guaranteed to enjoy only the best chocolate.

We also want everyone who tastes our chocolate to be able to experience a moment of harmony with themselves and the world around them. This is why we do not want to compromise the quality, sustainability and ethics of our chocolate. In this way, we honour the sacred aspect of raw cocoa – a noble product.

Embark on a new journey of taste. Pure and intense, our chocolate gives you the true taste of unroasted beans, more raw flavours, a granular texture which melts in the mouth, and a taste as close as possible to cocoa. A unique gourmet experience!

HEALTHY

Are you aware that raw cocoa is a true superfood? Cocoa beans are very rich in vitamins and minerals, and have antioxidant properties which protect our bodies from ageing.

Our chocolate contains only raw cocoa and alkaline ingredients which strengthen the acid-base balance of our bodies. Its glycaemic index is very low, because we only use sugar from coconut flowers, considered to be one of the healthiest by WHO. It is therefore the perfect alternative to industrial chocolate, which often contains too many refined sugars, dairy products and preservatives. It is therefore possible to spoil yourself and take care of yourself while you enjoy a piece of chocolate.

Raw cocoa is a sacred plant with powerful healing properties, which has been used for thousands of years. The Aztec and Mayan civilisations used it for medicinal purposes and as offerings to their gods and to the universe.

We feel that savouring raw cocoa brings us closer to this ancestral quest for unity and harmony. When we are in a state of mindfulness during this taste experience, it helps us to reconnect with ourselves for a moment of authentic well-being. We are therefore able to fully enjoy all of the profound benefits of this exceptional product.

Our chocolate is made from pure, top quality ingredients with fully preserved nutritional benefits. Our artisanal production methods are in keeping with a process which does not distort the natural intensity of our chocolate. And of course, it does not contain any synthetic ingredients, preservatives or additives with complicated names.

SUSTAINABLE
AND FAIR

Driven by a desire to change the world at our level, we are trying to reduce our ecological footprint a little more each day throughout the manufacturing process of our products. We are aware of our responsibility to protect ecosystems: our chocolate is made with cocoa beans grown according to artisanal methods by small producers who do not use chemical products and who benefit from the success of their beans. This ethical approach gives meaning to the pleasure of tasting our delicious raw chocolate. It brings pleasure to those who eat it and to those who produce it.

But it is even more surprising that I have always felt its positive effect on me. Now that I am aware of its many virtues, I believe that I have always intuitively grasped the sacred and infinitely curative aspect of cocoa. My body has understood what the Amerindian peoples have known for so long.

One day during my travels, I met a Mexican shaman who got me to taste some chocolate made by Amerindians from Guatemala. It was a true revelation. I was won over by the exceptional taste and power of raw chocolate.

A few years later, with this unique flavour still in my memory, I tried to reproduce this quality and intensity myself. Guided by my instinct and my desire to create entirely healthy chocolate, I embarked on the creation of raw chocolate which is full of benefits.

I liked my first attempts. They appealed even more to the people who tasted it. I took this opportunity to embark on a new adventure. In less than a year, I developed my recipes and trained as a chocolate maker, and my whole life took on a cocoa flavour!

As ethical production was fundamental to me, I started looking for suppliers during a trip to Ecuador in April 2017. My path crossed that of the 
Winak cooperative, which supports and pays a fair price to nearly 400 farming families who cultivate cocoa trees.

After this key encounter, I have committed myself to working with this type of cooperative as soon as our volume of production allows it.
