Takana Chocolate is the first Belgian raw chocolate. Made by Dorothee in her Brussels workshop, it bears the name of the ancestral tool used by the Kichwa Amerindian people to crush cocoa beans in order to extract the ultimate essence.
With its pure and intense taste and a granular texture which melts in the mouth, this chocolate makes us rediscover the true taste of unroasted beans. Artisanal production, ethical approach, high quality healthy and organic ingredients and unrefined sugar: the choices made by Takana are always in keeping with its initial aim to connect with the values at the origin of the project.
